The Mast Brothers are makers of craft chocolates.
Their chocolate factory is a bean to bar chocolate factory meaning the beans, which are chosen from some of the best cacao farms in the world are roasted, ground up, processed, aged, tempered and packaged right in their factory in Brooklyn, New York.
